Booking and Cancelation Policy

Online bookings are fully confirmed if made and prepaid at least 72 hours prior to your arrival time. The hotel might still contact you by phone to reconfirm the transfer. For arrivals in less than 48 hours from your time of booking, please call the hotel at 52 984 873 2805 or 1-866-919-3980.

Arrivals in less than 24 hours from your time of booking CAN ONLY BE CONFIRMED by phone. Last minute extra fees may apply.

All bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to check in with a 20% penalty charge . For later cancellations or no shows the fee is NOT REFUNDABLE.
